SBK3 Series (Iron-based alloy material tube)
SKB3 series are bimetallic alloy tubes with high-temperature centrifugal browning process.
Material tube base material selection 40C, 42CrMo, alloy powder selection of Shanghai Stainless steel-based alloys
Characteristics: high abrasion resistance, medium corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (up to 400°C).
Hardness: HRC62° or more
Straightness less than 0.06 per meter
Pipe production range inner hole (Φ14-Φ250) length 5000mm
SBK3 is suitable for injection molding of moderately corrosive materials with up to 40% fiber addition.
